To create a FileData you need to create a file and change its extension to the desired FileData ones. One way to do this is to create a .txt file and rename it. On windows editing the extension needs to be enabled in the "File Explorer". This can be done by clicking on the "View" tab on the top and checking the "File name extensions" checkbox.
